As summer winds down, it's time to gear up for another exciting school year in the Eau Claire Area School Districts. Whether your child is stepping into a classroom for the first time or returning for another year of learning and growth, here's all the essential information you need to start the school year smoothly.

Important Dates to Remember

School Start Dates:

  • Eau Claire Area School District: Classes start on September 3, 2024

Meet the Teacher:

  • Eau Claire Area School District:

    • Elementary School: August 28, 2024, from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

    • Middle School: August 29, 2024, from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

    • High School: August 30, 2024, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Registration Dates and Information

  • Eau Claire Area School District:

    • New Student Registration: August 14 - 23, 2024

    • Returning Student Verification:Online, available now through September 1, 2024

For registration, please bring necessary documents such as proof of residency, birth certificates, immunization records, and previous school records if transferring.

2024-2025 Online Meal Applications

  • Eau Claire Area School District: You can easily apply online for free or reduced price meals for the 2024-25 school year HERE. *If you fill out an online application, there is no need to fill out a paper application.
